5 Minutes|  Plank Challenge | Core Exercises | Stronger Core | Stomach

Welcome back my loves! This week, I decided to challenge not only myself but you guys as well! We are doing a 5-minute challenge, which consists of 10 different plank-based exercises, performed for 30 seconds non-stop. This was tough to do and my shoulders even began hurting while I was doing this. I do feel plank exercises are such a great exercise that gets forgotten so often. So try this workout, either as a challenge now or add it to the end of your workout routine. Let me know what you think in the comments!
